Five sequential injections of 60 μL of FITC labeled insulin bound to insulin antibody show the accumulation of insulin on Protein A Sepharose beads, followed by elution with acid. Since the injected solution contained only 3 μg insulin/mL, the eluate was enriched to 15 μg/mL.
